I’m a believer of not reinventing the wheel—just tweaking it sometimes. ‘Tis the holiday season and the family bunch is almost here. Yes, there is definitely bonding time over cooking and to assure no one slaves over the kitchen here is one easy breakfast recipe that will feed the bunch in no time, self-serve and more importantly the cook gets to sit. As I said I don’t like reinventing the wheel, this Squash & Goat Cheese Quiche with Almond Crust recipe is from Clean Eating. Tried and tested! Also, it’s gluten and grain free. Also quite pleasing for the different dietary requirements of our loved ones. I did however switch the milk for homemade kefir and created the crust in pie-like form for easy handling(maybe avoid forks, that could be pushing it).
