We're a week into Ramadan. Time is definitely going by quick! I really haven't had time to think about what to wear for Eid or to any Eid parties. However, I did make a mental note a few weeks back about some elegant dresses I came across as Eid dress options to consider. They are from Imara Couture in London who launched this year with a multi-cultural design influence--definitely right up my alley.
As you may already maybe know, I don't normally do abayas on a daily basis, but for Ramadan and Eid, I like to indulge from time to time in these gorgeous pieces for numerous reasons. Having that said, I have to say that probably my favorite option from the Imara Couture Abaya/Eid dress options is the Abella Abaya. I really like it's silky appearance, ruffle tier and light color. But of course it's never easy to choose when you have other gorgeous options.
Black is of course a classic and my all time favorite. I love what Immara Couture did with the sleeves on their Maddox abaya--that organza ruffle tier just makes the dress pop! They also have the abaya in white with black ruffle tier sleeves. Please don't mind my fascination for ruffles, which by the way if care to know are in trend--seen on from Christian Dior to recently on one of my favorite brands, Rosie Assoulin, Resort 2017.
Then there's that one dress I wish I could live in! It combines my princess, nah queen mixed with heroine aspirations in a formal fitted affair, the Nura dress. These are the options I have been dreaming up, which one will it be? We shall see! Let's see if there will be enough time for delivery first(ya, ya I know but I'm a busy woman what can I say?). You can find out my choice on my IG life. What are you styling this Eid?
