Everytime I get to attend the Noon by Noor show, it feels like a night-out in town. Not sure if it's because of the show lights and sleek minimalistic scene or the excitement of fashion week that after a day or two, one starts to loose the sense of time and everyday feels like a Friday--ready for a good time! Perhaps it's a combination of it all. The excitement is real and adds to them momentum of the show.
As the models made their way down the runway, any trend was so subtle almost unseen, I think that's a good thing. Some of the pieces accentuating the collection were of a draped affect or display of pleats on the facade of skirts. Noon by Noor got a bit flirtatious with its clothing structure this season. Experimenting is always good when it works and it did here. The show notes read "The Fall collection further develops the Pre-Fall theme of fluidity with an emphasis on cut and the manipulation of cloth." There was also a composed comfort added to the mix. The brand gave jersey an upgrade in forms of skirts, tops and embroidered blazers. Indeed a collection walking between fine lines and sticking to the tune of stated but never overstated.
